Desktop Support
Administrating servers is essential, but so is supporting desktop workstations. You want to be using your tools, not fighting them. When your desktop computers aren't behaving, productivity suffers. I don't do residential support, I handle only business computer environments and expect you to take your computers as seriously as I do. Anti-malware solutions are mandatory, as are passwords and good file management.
Although I can proactively maintain your computers, I can't always be there when something goes wrong. I can provide remote support using my own desktop-sharing solution, you can quickly connect me to your desktop so that I can help you almost as if I was there beside you.
