Administrating servers is essential, but so is supporting desktop workstations. You want to be using your tools, not fighting them. When your desktop computers aren't behaving, productivity suffers. I don't do residential support, I handle only business computer environments and expect you to take your computers as seriously as I do. Anti-virus and anti-spyware are mandatory, as are passwords and good file management. Although I can proactively maintain your computers, I can't always be there when something goes wrong. If it does, I do promise to do my best to help as quickly as possible. If you need somebody to call when "it doesn't print" or you "click but nothing happens" I can help you.
